This document establishes the contractually binding Terms of Sale between you (the “Customer” or “Buyer”) and Ridgewell Supply Co., LLC (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) when you purchase any product or service via thebabybliss-us.com (branded as Thebabybliss-us.com).

By placing an order on this Site, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, along with our integrated Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, No-Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Our catalog may include (a) physical goods that ship to you, (b) digital products (instant downloads such as PDFs/ebooks), and (c) subscription / membership services (such as Thebabybliss.AI). ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Except where non-waivable U.S. law requires otherwise, you are not entitled to any refund, return, exchange, or cancellation after checkout. See our No-Refund Policy.

Section 1 — Scope of Contract & Order Acceptance

Binding Offer: Your order placement constitutes a legal offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance by Ridgewell Supply Co., LLC. A binding contract is only formed when we transmit a formal Order Confirmation Email to your verified email address.
Fulfillment Discretion: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us for legitimate reasons. This includes, without limitation, orders that appear to be placed by dealers, unauthorized resellers, or distributors.
Made-to-Order Processing: You acknowledge that some products may be configured or prepared individually based on your order parameters. Therefore, inventory control and fulfillment are subject to standard processing timelines.

Section 2 — Pricing, Payments, and Billing

Currency and Adjustments: All prices listed on the Site are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product will be the exact price displayed at checkout at the moment the order is processed.
Secure Payment Processing: Our online storefront uses a secure payment and checkout platform. We accept major payment methods processed via encrypted gateways. You agree that your billing details must be current, accurate, and fully complete.
Inaccurate Billing Info: If your payment card issuer rejects authorization or if billing information is found to be incorrect, we reserve the immediate right to suspend or cancel your transaction without liability.

Section 3 — Shipping, Time Timelines, and Delivery

Shipping Thresholds: We offer free or discounted shipping on qualifying orders as displayed at checkout. For orders below applicable thresholds, precise shipping costs are dynamically generated and displayed at checkout.
Processing and Delivery Window: Because some products require individual preparation and quality control inspections, our standard operational pipeline consists of:
- 2 to 5 business days for internal preparation and fulfillment processing.
- 7 to 15 business days total delivery timeframe for the package to safely arrive at your destination.

Section 4 — No-Hidden-Fees Customs Guarantee (DDP)

We operate under a global DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) framework wherever possible.

Prepaid Import Costs: We assume financial responsibility for applicable international import taxes, custom clearances, administrative border fees, and local duties where our DDP service applies.
Zero Unexpected Fees: The price you pay at checkout is final. You will not be required to pay supplementary charges to local customs authorities or delivery couriers upon arrival, except where local law requires otherwise and we have clearly disclosed it at checkout.

Section 5 — Risk of Loss and Transit Assurance

Corporate Accountability: Ridgewell Supply Co., LLC retains structural risk of loss and ownership of the product until it is successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Transit issues (physical goods only): If a physical shipment is verified lost or damaged in transit before delivery, your exclusive remedy is a replacement shipment where available. Cash refunds are not offered except where non-waivable U.S. law requires otherwise. See our No-Refund Policy.

Section 6 — Amendments & Address Constraints

It is the customer's strict responsibility to provide comprehensive and accurate delivery coordinates at checkout.

Address modifications can only be accommodated if requested via contact@thebabybliss-us.com before the order enters our automated dispatch queue. Once a shipment is handed over to our logistical partners, it cannot be rerouted, cancelled, or amended in transit.

Section 7 — Digital Goods & Instant Delivery

Digital products are non-refundable. PDFs, ebooks, downloads, software/AI access, memberships, and other intangible goods are delivered electronically. Delivery or access begins when we send a download link, grant account access, start a trial, or otherwise make the product available—whichever occurs first.
You expressly acknowledge that digital goods cannot be “returned,” and you waive any refund claim for digital purchases to the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law.
Device incompatibility, forgotten passwords, lost emails, or failure to download do not create refund rights.

Section 8 — Subscriptions & Authorization for Recurring Charges

By starting a subscription or trial, you authorize Ridgewell Supply Co., LLC and its payment processors to store your payment method and charge the disclosed recurring amount (for example, annually) until you cancel according to our instructions.
Trials, if any, convert to paid recurring billing automatically unless canceled before the trial ends. No refunds for charges after a trial or for unused subscription periods.
Cancellation stops future renewals only; it does not reverse prior charges.

Section 9 — No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

Except where a non-waivable U.S. legal right requires otherwise:

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests.
Our complete rules are stated in the No-Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Sale by reference.

At checkout you must affirmatively agree to the No-Refund Policy. Completing payment constitutes acceptance.

Section 10 — Promotional Orders

Promotional pricing, bundles, and free items do not create refund rights. If any adjustment is ever made at our sole discretion, it creates no obligation or precedent.

Section 11 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale and any dispute arising out of a purchase shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
