No-Refund Policy

Overview

This No-Refund Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Ridgewell Supply Co., LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), doing business as Thebabybliss-us.com. By placing an order on this Site, initiating a trial, starting a subscription, downloading digital content, or completing checkout, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this Policy, our Terms of Sale, and our Terms of Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable United States law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, chargebacks by agreement, credits, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is placed or payment is authorized, except where a non-waivable consumer right under applicable U.S. federal or state law expressly requires otherwise.

1. Absolute No-Refund Rule

No refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, unused products, unused subscriptions, unused trials, dissatisfaction with results, or similar reasons.
No refunds after payment authorization, vaulting of a payment method, trial activation, download delivery, email delivery of digital goods, or account access provisioning.
No partial refunds, prorated refunds, store credit, or goodwill credits unless we elect to provide them in our sole discretion (which creates no obligation or precedent).
Unauthorized returns will be refused and will not create any refund entitlement.

2. Digital Products (Strictly Non-Refundable)

Digital goods and services—including without limitation PDF manuals, ebooks, downloadable files, software access, AI memberships, online coaching tools, digital content licenses, and similar intangible products—are final sale and non-refundable once purchase, trial start, download link delivery, email delivery, or access grant occurs (whichever is earlier).

You acknowledge that digital products are not returnable and that performance begins upon delivery or access.
By purchasing digital goods you expressly waive any right of withdrawal or refund to the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law.
Failure to download, loss of access credentials, device incompatibility, or dissatisfaction with content quality does not entitle you to a refund.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Recurring Billing

Subscription plans (including annual plans such as Thebabybliss.AI) and any promotional or free trial periods are non-refundable.
Trial access, if offered, is a limited-time evaluation only. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want recurring charges. Failure to cancel is not grounds for a refund.
Recurring charges after a trial are authorized by you at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals only; it does not reverse charges already incurred or authorized.
You are solely responsible for managing cancellation before renewal.

4. Physical Goods (Where Offered)

Where we sell physical merchandise, sales remain final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for physical goods after purchase, except solely to the extent a non-waivable U.S. legal obligation requires a remedy. Even then, any remedy is limited as set forth in our Terms of Sale and applicable law, and does not create a general refund or return policy.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing an improper chargeback or payment dispute after receiving digital access, download delivery, a trial, or other contracted performance constitutes a material breach of these terms. We reserve all rights to contest chargebacks with evidence of authorization, delivery, access logs, and checkout acceptance of this No-Refund Policy, and to suspend accounts and pursue recovery of fees, costs, and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Order Errors and Non-Delivery

If we fail to deliver a purchased digital file or activate paid access due to a verified technical failure solely attributable to us, your exclusive remedy is re-delivery or access restoration. Cash refunds are not offered unless required by non-waivable law. Notify us at contact@thebabybliss-us.com within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase with your order number.

7. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable U.S. law requires otherwise.
